Before installing any accessory, confirm whether your device is Starlink Mini, Starlink Gen 2 or Starlink Gen 3. Different Starlink models may use different connectors, mounting structures and power requirements.

Before installation, check that all parts are included. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact us before use.

- Check cable length and connector type
- Check mounting location
- Make sure the installation surface is stable
- Avoid sharp bends on cables
- Keep connectors clean and dry before connection

For wall mounts, roof mounts, vehicle mounts or adjustable brackets, please install the product on a stable surface. Make sure all screws, brackets and locking parts are properly tightened before use.
For outdoor installation, choose a location with good signal exposure and avoid unnecessary obstruction. For vehicle or RV applications, check mounting stability before driving.

When installing replacement cables or extension cables, avoid pulling the cable with excessive force. Do not bend the cable sharply near the connector. For outdoor use, make sure the connection area is properly protected from water and dust.

When using power-related accessories, confirm the required voltage and current before connection. Do not use the product with incompatible power sources. If you are not sure about the correct setup, contact us before use.

For outdoor applications, please pay attention to:

- Waterproof protection
- Cable routing
- Wind resistance
- Long-term exposure to sunlight
- Stable mounting position
- Protection against pulling or vibration

Check the installation regularly, especially after strong wind, heavy rain, long-distance driving or long-term outdoor use. If any part becomes loose, worn or damaged, stop using it and replace the part if necessary.
