Most SLINKOR products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or order agreement.
Warranty coverage applies to confirmed manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty may cover:

- Manufacturing defects
- Functional failure under normal use
- Missing or incorrect parts confirmed before use
- Product issues caused by production or material defects

Warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Damage caused by misuse or modification
- Damage caused by incompatible power sources
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, impact or improper storage
- Water damage caused by incorrect outdoor installation
- Damage caused by extreme conditions beyond normal product use

If you find a product issue, please contact us with the following information:

- Order number or invoice information
- Product name and quantity
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
- Installation or usage environment if relevant

After receiving the information, our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

For wholesale or OEM orders, after-sales solutions may include replacement parts, product replenishment, technical guidance or other solutions based on the confirmed issue and order conditions.

For sample orders, we can help review product issues and provide technical feedback. If the issue is confirmed as a product quality problem, we will discuss the appropriate solution with you.

SLINKOR products are third-party accessories designed for Starlink-compatible applications. We do not provide warranty for Starlink kits, satellite dishes, routers or official Starlink devices.
