1. General Questions
What products does SLINKOR supply?
SLINKOR supplies Starlink-compatible accessories, including mounting brackets, vehicle mounts, replacement cables, Ethernet adapters, power accessories, carrying cases and related installation accessories for Starlink Mini, Gen 2 and Gen 3 setups.
Are your products original Starlink products?
No. SLINKOR products are third-party accessories designed for Starlink-compatible applications. We do not sell Starlink kits, satellite dishes, routers or official Starlink-branded products.
Do you support wholesale orders?
Yes. We support wholesale orders for distributors, online sellers, installers, outdoor equipment suppliers and project buyers.
Do you support OEM or customized products?
Yes. OEM and customization options are available for selected products, including cable length, packaging, logo, color, product combination and accessory kits. Final customization depends on order quantity and product structure.
Can I order samples before bulk purchasing?
Yes. Sample orders are available for most products. Sample availability, cost and delivery time depend on the specific item and stock status.
2. Compatibility
Which Starlink models do your products support?
Our product range covers accessories compatible with Starlink Mini, Starlink Gen 2 and Starlink Gen 3. Please check each product page or contact us before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility.
Can you help confirm compatibility before I place an order?
Yes. You can send us the Starlink model, application scenario and required product type. Our team will help confirm suitable accessories before sample or bulk purchase.
3. Wholesale & MOQ
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product type, stock status and customization requirements. Standard products usually support lower MOQs, while OEM packaging or customized products require higher quantities.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes. Mixed orders are available for selected products. This is suitable for distributors or sellers who want to test different Starlink-compatible accessories in one shipment.
4. Payment & Order Process
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods can be discussed based on order type and destination. For wholesale orders, we usually confirm product details, quantity, shipping method and payment terms before production or shipment.
How do I start a wholesale order?
Please contact us with the product name, quantity, destination country, customization requirements and target delivery time. We will provide product details and quotation based on your request.
5. Packaging
Can you provide retail packaging?
Yes. Retail packaging can be provided for selected products. We can also discuss neutral packaging or customized packaging for wholesale and OEM orders.
Can you provide product labels or barcodes?
Product labels, stickers and barcode requirements can be discussed before production. Please provide your label format or marketplace requirements if needed.
